Anger is a vital energy that protects us, drives us, and helps us set healthy boundaries. But it's often repressed, misunderstood, or expressed destructively.

When we block this energy, our body becomes tense, sick, and disconnected from our power center. Instead of acting assertively, we remain silent, harboring resentment, or exploding out of control.

Learning to feel and channel this force consciously is essential to living with more integrity, authenticity, and presence.

We work with the principles of Possibility Management, an approach that differs from traditional psychology by using the body and emotions as portals for transformation. One of its pillars is radical responsibility, which means accepting that you are the author of your life and can choose how to act based on your awareness of your feelings.
